Dale from Wildlife was by far the most responsive and professional of the Pest Professionals out there, they came out at the time they said they would, identified quickly the entry point of the bats and unfortunately due to timing, they ultimately they didn't do the project, no fault of theirs. “I wish I could give Baystate Wildlife MORE than five stars. A bat entered my apartment at 1:30am on Sunday - not the best time to be looking for services as most pest control companies are closed on Sunday. After a quick Google search, I called Baystate, spoke with an efficient operator at dispatch, received a return call from a technician within minutes, and had the same technician on-site to remove the bat quickly and safely. Alex was incredibly professional, skilled, and helpful.
