“"We Can Seal Up Your Home", but they won't. AARD is not result oriented. Their technician came out, "found" (we told them where we've seen mice) possible entry point outside the house. They never found where entry points from inside the crawlspace are, those at least would've been more realistic to seal up as opposed to "entire patio area". They also gave strange advice like "put steel mesh into the dirt under the patio", as if rats can't dig a hole right by the old one. They never checked the attic. They also put traps and promise to come back in two weeks (to see what?). That's all you get for $403.69. The impact on the rodent problem? None. You're at the same spot you've been before spending four hundred bucks. When I called back the first time they agree to not change us for the service. The next day a lady called back and didn't stop talking until we agreed to pay for their 120 inspection plan. Apparently rats are "force of nature" that can't be stopped and the technician did all they could.”
