He was able to get the wasp nest down and taken care of quickly and without incident. We appreciated his eye and catching the next before it became an issue. “To cancel service, be prepared to listen to 3 different people try to be a friend and understand why you want to cancel. Only a "manager" has cancel authority, so chatting online doesnt work, have to call. Then explain everything to a CSR only to be put on hold so this "manager" can repeat the same questioning. If you actually like the service, threaten to quit often and you will get reduced rates! It is amazing how quickly service becomes cheaper... Making the cancellation process high pressure sales guarantees I will never be back as a customer.”

“I’ve been having disappointed experiences with this company. And you don’t have the chance to cancel the service. After one year service completed, no one ask me if I would like to continue or not. They assume you continue the service and make the decision for you. If I want to cancel the service and try to contact,no one pick up the phone. This means you can’t find the way to cancel it. Even worse, they send me the message to make an appointment to do the service on a specific day, and I tried to contact and want to tell them we are not available, but I am not able to contact. they didn’t even do the work and charge me over 100 bucks after that day? What??!! It’s like a scam I would say. How can they charge me without doing the work?”
