“Eric is awesome and it’s unfortunate he doesn’t manage this whole business. Larry the owner harasses for payment immediately after service is provided sometimes even when all units have not been treated (ie not completed service). Very unprofessional. I always pay bills promptly, however, being a landlord and owner of other businesses I am not always available immediately to answer phone calls. Instead of waiting for a call back he will incessantly call my phone, leave voicemails. It’s honestly a bit psychotic. Fix your online payment system or give professionals a couple days to give a call back and pay their bill. I’ve used this company for years and their accounting must be subpar or nonexistent because they don’t always record our payment and in the past have said many times they show an outstanding balance even though we are current. Also - it’s a holiday give it a rest!”
