“This review is in reference to the outside service. Inside service was good, the ants etc. went away for a good 2 months and back just in time for the next service Outside Service: The rain would of been a big factor in me writing this review however, the customer service person stated numerous times "as long as it has a good one hour to set in it works". It DOES NOT WORK. The charge ever 18-22 days is $125 which for anyone is something to really consider which I did and decided it is worth being able to walk outside without be carried away by mosquitos. They spray, they charge $125, they come back spray for free, and there is no change. I gave them the out however, according to JP Pest the rain should NOT make a difference as long as it has 1-2 hours to set in. My argument is why am I being charged for a service that does not work. Their technician even stated "oh ya these are bad". There is NO DIFFERENCE except I am out the money spent for 3 treatments. Customer Service asked "should we still come out"? My answer is "No", again if you state it works as long as it has 1-2 hours it does not so why am I wasting my money.”
