“I made 3 appointments and not one tech showed up. The first time was an ER and hospital admission (excusable), the second was no communication and when I finally got some it was 2+ hours after the scheduled time and after I reached out first then it was going to be another 3 hours after that for them to MAYBE show up, the third time I confirmed the guarantee arrival time with a two hour window and no one told the tech the appointment was confirmed so the tech didn't show up. I called and was told the only thing they could offer me was a reschedule, after three failed attempts. The worst part is I had to pay my property manager to sit at the location on three different occasions for significant amounts of time and for no one to show up. This business was highly recommended and I was left extremely disappointed, out some money for no inspection or results, and still no viable pest service to assist.”
