“I had them come out in the spring for a mice problem at a rental property in a Fitchburg. My tenant literally said it was an overweight guy who couldn’t even climb into the attic to throw some baits down. Said “are you sure this will work, that guy wasn’t here long at all.” They told me the service doesn’t include any sealing of holes or anything (told me no one really does that) but they guarantee their work (cost $450). Mice came back shortly there after but I wasn’t going to waste my time working with them again. I didn’t realize how terrible the service was until I used a better place. They thoroughly inspected the apartments and sealed holes and literally laughed at the previous baits saying the company was a sham of that’s what they used. Came back months later to say my experience was less than impressed and would suggest others look around before using. We get we got fleeced for $450.”
