“Terrible customer service. As a follow up to your response. Your service person never called my cell phone even though he had it. I mean what service person would not even try to call a cell phone (if they had it) even once? This is especially true when people work from home (like I do) and was on a work phone call - but kept checking my phone to await your service persons call. On top of that he left my house 2 minutes after I knew he was outside and refused to come back even though (a) he could not have been more than a mile away and (b) he would still be at my house if he came inside to do the job. Your phone operator was rude. Never acknowledged my concerns and never offered me a follow up appointment. After shopping around I found your estimates to be overpriced and have had better customer service elsewhere. So yea, all around terrible experience after trying to give your company a try.”
