“Good experience with the tech, he was super nice. Prices are extremely high for what service we got. For a carpenter bee remediation, I paid $677 regardless of the size of the problem. Its a one size price. I had to get 3 holes on the front porch and 1 on the back porch “remediated” for a refinance. 4 holes, the tech was in and out in half hour, and filled the holes with a dust that was maybe $100 for a 3 pound bucket. When asked for an itemized invoice, the rep just said they don’t do that. Good service just be aware prices are not dependent on the time or size of your problem.”
