“Ace/OPC...at first customer service was amazing. Then I was being billed for quarterly services without any proof of them coming out. I told them I had video footage from the service time-frame showing they were not present. I requested to cancel the service because i was told i would be able to if i was not satisfied with the service. I was then told I would have to pay for the other half the year. Still waiting for a call from a sales manager.”

“Had multiple problems, scheduled every other week and came out the first time perfectly fine. Then they didn't show the second time but came out the next week instead. Never showed for the third time. When called they said they'd call us back with info (we called within the time they'd show to make sure they were coming) Never called us back. We called another two times with the same exact issue. Never showed and never called back. Wanted to note our exterminator was very friendly and nice and got the job done fast but it kind of sucks when you're trying to get rid of a major infestation in the house you're living in quickly when the company keeps delaying the extermination.”
