“Hired to complete termite inspection for a home we bought. It passed. Then I hired another pest control company to come out after purchase. Advised visible infestation. Confirmed life cycle is long. Contact acme. Initially mr horron said he would only charge me his cost to treat. I reported them to nc dept of agriculture. The state made the treat for free because they told him they didn’t have enough time to inspect all areas but, still issues the report. But I’m still stuck with covering the structural damage. O and when they sent a guy out here from acme they started quoting me on 20k encapsulation after I discovered that the lied and defrauded the report. What a joke. If you have issues I seriously suggest that you reach out to nc sept of agriculture structural and pest division for help”

“Wish I could give zero stars. Found out today that they killed an opossum that was inside of a building of a family member.’s business . There was absolutely no reason for that. It wasn’t disclosed to her that it would be killed. Killing wildlife that poses zero threats is despicable and totally inhumane. That animal could have been released. What in the world is wrong with you people???? What if she had babies growing in her pouch???? Shame on you for treating wildlife with such disregard!!!!”
