They are consistently rude, unfriendly, and provide little to no helpful information. This company services multiple properties of mine, and I will be removing them as a vendor across all of them due to repeated poor experiences. Their technicians offer minimal details after completing treatments, leaving customers without clarity on what was done or what to expect. Additionally, they charge a $50.00 fee to customers who use them as a preferred vendor, which feels unreasonable given the lack of quality service provided. There are many pest control companies that operate far more professionally, communicate effectively, and truly value their clients. I would strongly recommend exploring other service providers.”
