“Shawn is the pest control specialist for the bank I work for. He has always been kind and friendly and willing to answer any questions or address any issues we may have. He even went above and beyond customer service a couple days ago. When I was leaving the bank for the day I discovered that I had a flat tire with a nail in it. He offered to go get his tools and fix it for me but I declined due to my son coming to pick me up. He gave me his # and told me to call him in the morning when I got to work and he would come pump up the tire so it could be driven to get fixed. I did call him the next morning and he was already on his way to see if I needed help. He pumped it up and my husband, who was recovering from knee surgery, was able to drive it to a mechanic.
