“AMAZING customer service from the moment I called to schedule my appointment for BOTH my PEST control AND TERMITE preventative! My questions were answered quickly and the one that needed a call back happened so fast it went to my voicemail. An incredible family-owned and run business who come to your home and introduce themselves and take the time to explain everything that they will be doing. I had questions about safety for my animals and Adam took time to explain how everything worked and why it was safe. I asked why they did something ‘different’ than what I had seen from my previous pest company and he explained on my level what he was doing, why he was doing it, when he learned it and why it was successful. Neither Adam or Anna minded any of my questions and encouraged me to continue asking about anything. Adam and Anna treat your home like it is theirs and that is pretty amazing to find too. Another important note is that I was actually recommended Adam Ant Pest Control from another pest company that has been in business for 30+ years - what a great recommendation! How great they treat your house for pests and it is good for a year - they will come back for any issues but it works better for us than the 4x per year service from the old company. I will update this review if I need to call back for any pest treatments throughout the year. Anna has already told me if the house is power washed to let them know and they will retreat outside, etc. They truly take time to set you up for success. One thing I have noticed after their service over a month ago… dead bugs = more cleaning. You forgot to mention that - haha! Thank you for the great work Adam Ant Pest Control.”
