“Just started with this company today. If today is a sign of future service, I think we will be very happy. Eric was our tech.today for our intial pest control on our house. Gave a courtesy call to say on the way,was on time for appointment,explained what he was going to be doing,and answered all questions I had. Had some delightfull stories about the pets his family has at home. Be sure to ask about his pet spider,Fang, if time allows! All in all very happy with intial visit. Good to know he will be our tech.in 3 months when next visit is scheduled.”

“I called and left a message for someone to return my call for an estimate for service. It was a day or two later when James called me back calling me by a name that is not my name so I guess he confused me with somebody else. I explained that I had called him and left a message and that I was interested in getting an estimate for work on my lawn. He made an appointment with me for that next Friday and said he'd be at my house between 9:00 and 12:00. He never showed up and he never called. I texted him about it to remind him to see if maybe he forgot and he never even bothered to answer the text. They need to train their employees better!”
