“They showed up to my apartment uninvited I never even called in to make an appointment on April 4th . My mail was compromise by someone else who was able to call in using my account number and charge my account, they need a better security system to verify each member instead of using an “ account number” I just received a random text on April 4th stating “ Great news! Your Rocket Pest Control Specialist is on the way. We look forward to providing you with “Out of this World” service!“ and the tech showed up and ringed my doorbell and I was confused because I never even made an appointment on April 4th .. it wasn’t even me who made that appointment someone called in pretending to be me and made the appointment. Or unless they just randomly show up to someone place uninvited but no someone called in using my account number and then it charge my account when I canceled the service .. why charge my account for a service I canceled ?????”
