“Used this company once a few months ago for a termite inspection. Thought the fee of 2500 was a bit excessive but the owner assured us it would be a great job. Since then we have moved and called them again to schedule same service again. No answer. So I left a message. No call back. Days later I saw a technician at my neighbors. So i explained to him about our experience and he said someone from the office would call. Never a call back. I just don’t get it….”

“terrible service. never shows up for scheduled treatment. woman in office always gives run around and had an attitude. every time you call she has a new excuse as to why they are not showing up. owner called me, said "we will be there this week" that was 2 weeks ago and nothing.”

“Very poor customer service. Treated for drywood termites and after treatment my mother's home still would experience termite swarms. Followed up wit the company and left several messages with reps and did not received the "promised" phone call from the elusive "Mr bates". We may have to investigate legal action as of today still no response.”
