“I had them come to our house for an inspection. They found one little bug, but instead of speaking to me directly they speak to a third party to tell them what we need to do instead of speaking to us directly. Since the inspection, I have called several times to get a hold of them, but I have to leave a VM and never returned a call or a text message.. To top it off he was very rude to me and lied to the third party by telling us one thing and them another. The only the text conversation they had with me is that their schedule is full. When the third party made a schedule with them, all of a sudden the schedule is open. I will not be giving them any of my business, for the lack of customer support. I hate the fact the 15 minutes they were there, they said nothing or questioned why we did stuff. The third party is not even our landlord.”

“Had a WDI Inspection performed on my new house were the inspector stated that there was no active termites found at the time of inspection on the Inspection sheet. Come to find out the home that I recently purchased has never had a termite treatment per previous owner. Due to my own curiosity I began to inspect the home/garage myself. To my astonishment I found multiple signs of termite activity throughout the converted garage of my home. I then contacted the office of Adept Exterminating to explain my current situation. The gentlemen on the phone was extremely unprofessional and denied the fact that I had located termite damage in my home. The gentleman than agreed to come out and inspect the damage that I had found. When he arrived to my home he began to argue with me about the damage I had found stating that there wasn't any active termites in the damage i had found. I asked the gentleman to then pull the baseboard that had damage in it to prove that there wasnt any termites in my home. When he pulled the baseboard there was several termites falling out of the baseboard. I had an absolute terrible experience dealing with both the company and the gentleman who inspected my home. This company is extremely unprofessional. I will not recommend this company to anyone who needs termite services.”
