“I live in a big apartment building. My landlord has a pest control contract with this company. Though I like the exterminator that comes out, the exterminating issue isn't getting resolved. I"ve been dealing with bedbugs for at least 6 months. The exterminator has exterminated 3 times to no avail. I'm not trying to bash the company. I need them to listen to my concerns. I called the office several times to ask them to set up a plan to get rid of the bedbugs. Also., possibly talk to me about the options I have. The office worker was evasive about my request. I know the contract is with my landlord, but I'm the person that is directly affected. I have done the prep and everything they asked of me. I'm exhausted. As I said, I'm not trying to find fault. I just want this bedbug issue dealt with and resolved. I am reaching out in the hope that they will hear and listen to my frustration...please!!”
