“Called and made an appointment to examination two areas with yellow jackets and/ other type of bee insect. The company gave me a four hour window (1pm-5pm) on a Thursday. I was home the entire day. I call at 4:55 to confirm they are coming and see tells me I am scheduled for Friday. I tell know I was not as I had other appointments and would have scheduled for then Then she says” oh this is for the yellow jackets right” “ Yes” oh they couldn’t do that today. You think they’d call and tell me that? I waited four hours and nobody was going to say they weren’t coming out. I tell her this and then she says she did call. I never received a phone call and I told her I could prove that. She doesn’t say anything except “ do you want to reschedule “ That would be a big NO. What and waste another four hours. No apologies or I’ll send someone over. What terrible customer service. I will move on to another company.”
