“Did bat exclusion work for me then apparently left the area and did not return calls”

“Used this company approximately 3 years ago. Started out fine, removed bat, did some general fixing to make sure it didn’t come back. Ok for awhile, then had another bat. We paid for the guarantee, which I believe was for 3 additional years. Contacted about bat return, had a very hard time getting them to come back: non returned p/c’s, then stated showed up with no advanced warning, etc. Finally came back and found a bat. Which was removed. Still in guarantee window time frame, and had another one. Again, hard to contact, was to busy to back out, etc. all this time later, still have the same problem. Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere where they can actually do what they say they can do!!!”

“Unprofessional when he answered the phone. Said he only answered because I called him twice. Said "well I can't come out today", and then went silent. I said how about tomorrow. He said we'll it'll be gone by then. WHAT!?!...is that supposed to mean?! Well, don't you think he might come back and that's what I want to prevent, even if he does go away tonight aren't you supposed to make sure he doesn't. Then proceeded to say, well I've went to houses and found some and went to other's where I didn't. What type of response is that! Just strange, very unprofessional. Would not recommend based on such a response.”
