“Ryan was friendly and very thorough. He explained what he was going to do. After he was done he showed us pictures of where there were openings the bats could enter. He said that he would come back the next day to close up all those spaces and where he would put the one way ‘valves’ that would allow the bats to leave but not re-enter. Ryan completed what he said needed to be done the following day. He even said where he did find some guano so he would close that up and make sure a valve was put there. He even came to look at our attire door that we sealed up ourselves to let me know that it was done well. Thank you Ryan!”

“We uncovered a rodent issue in our home after returning from vacation, and after a few weeks of struggling with another (national) company we took a recommendation from one of my wife's co-workers to call Advanced Wildlife. Immediately felt better just getting on the phone with another human, rather than a robot that sends to some giant call center where you can barely hear the other person on the line over all the other calls. When we heard their pricing and what their plan of action was I had to have them repeat it several times because it was about 40% of the price and far higher service than what we had been dealing with, I was in disbelief. Ben came out to our house at 8am the next day. Spent nearly two hours thoroughly checking our house foundation, sealing a few points of entry that the previous company hadn't even looked for, placing traps and repellants. When he came inside he was checking in the space beneath our cabinets, getting behind appliances, etc. to identify all activity. More traps, a few more seals. Talked us through everything he was doing every step of the way. Never once in a rush to leave (which we were sadly accustomed to); he was there to do the job properly. Couldn't recommend Ben and Advanced Wildlife more. Professional, friendly, and beyond thorough in a time you need all of those attributes.”
