“I wish I could give more stars. This is the company you need to call with any pest/rodent issues. I noticed a few mice in the house during the cold winter days, and figured to call someone to seal up any entry points. I called a national name (Orkin) and was given an astronomical quote of 14K accompanying their diagnoses of a much larger issue than we thought. I called Advanced Wildlife for a second quote and my experience from my first call to their service was unmatched. I called and Erica was the representative I spoke with. She was so friendly, so caring, and genuinely wanted to get the best care for our house. She set up an assessment for us while also explaining and reassuring us that they were going to beat that price. When our technician Brenton came out for the assessment and the work he was professional, kind, and helpful. He were able to show me what work actually was needed, and what on the previous quote was scare tactics. He came out days later to do the work needed and spent hours doing it to make sure it was perfect. And instead of spending 14K, we spent under 2K. The money factor was huge, but also the support and customer service from Advanced Wildlife made it the best experience it could’ve been. There is absolutely no better choice than them for your pest/rodent needs.”
