“My husband called them for a nest/hive in the over hang of our garage. He told them that he would like them to walk the property to see if there were signs of any other hives. He set it up for Tuesday encause he would be home that day. They came on Monday when neither of us were home. They didn’t walk around side or back(we have security motion lights). When he called them asking about coming a day early and not walking around the property, the response was that they didn’t do that kind of thing (walk around to check for other hives). Why wouldn’t they tell him this when specifically asking for this? We would have called around. And found another provider that would do this for us. I know how important sirve are so I will not give lower than this but be aware of this. I was I. The room even he was on the phone and heard him set it for Tuesday and request the llookover. They took care of the hive but since it was done when he wasn’t home, they didn’t tell him that there would be a sooty substance along the garage edge. When he called about everything they explained that it will wash off. Too bad they didn’t came the day he would be home so they could tell him this at that time.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. We called them on Monday with our bee issue. We explained to Kim that we were having a huge party on Saturday and needed these bees taken care of. She assured us they would be. No one came, Tuesday, no one came (apparently they had a truck break down), Wednesday they came in the afternoon - noticed the bees decreased but were back on Thursday, Friday morning at 8:30am I text Kim letting her know they were back and we needed someone to come spray, ALL day Friday I was in contact with her. She told us the owner was aware and said someone would be out. Friday 5pm, I text Kim for the owners # since no one came and was not answering the office phone. She text me and said he would be calling me. NO ONE came and NO ONE called. Saturday, we have 100 some guests with bees all over the house and inside the house. Now it’s Monday at 1pm in the afternoon and still haven’t heard anything from them, at this point I want no contact with them or invoice because they did nothing for us expect cause unnecessary stress. So much for the 6 month guarantee they like to promote. I would never recommend this company to anyone. So disappointing that an owner of a company would not follow through with their customers after promising them ALL day someone was coming. We could have called someone else to take care of them, which we should have done on Monday instead of calling them in the first place. Terrible customer service.”
