“Wouldn’t recommend. I called and spoke with someone requesting assistance for pest control. When I stated I was in Milwaukee, I was told that they do not service Milwaukee. On the website, it shows that they DO service Milwaukee. She also didn’t ask my address to even know where in Milwaukee I was located.”

“I believe Erdye's was able to rid our house of mice... which I'm thankful for. We paid to have traps set up outside the house upon their initial visit. I was told at the time that these would help control mice around the house. I wasn't told that these also posed a risk (and would kill) chipmunks as well as squirrels. That wasn't something I wanted to do, so I had them remove the outside traps/poison. Probably a good idea to let people know that up front so they don't pay for things they don't want to do. Otherwise, they did a good job.”

“Alot of miscommunication with the sales rep and office staff. Make sure you know what you are paying for. Over $6000 to get squirrels out of my attic/ to be fair that included clean out and new insulation. Thought I had a year warranty for the squirrels but was told I don't. My own fault for not doing my homework before I signed the contract. I paid almost $2000 for 20 mousetraps and bait stations around my house. I already had bait stations from another company and the traps they set never went off. I panicked when the rep said my house was infested. On a positive note the young techs who did the work were excellent. I am glad it is done but I would recommend checking around before you choose them.”
