“I call "All about rodents " after contacting other companies and their prices were way overpriced... I call this company and they send someone the same day. Since I lost my job a few months ago I found their services within my budget . They also agree to do the work and work with me on a payment plan. Besides helping me with a payment plan, the inspector "Logan" was very professional & knowledgeable about his job. He wore a mask all the time, he followed the safety procedures in rewards to COVID. He tooked care of the problem on my attic and I can finally sleep in peace knowing that I got the best service I could at a very accessible price. “I strongly recommend not using All About Rodents. I paid for an elimination of rats in my attic which included sealing up entry points. The elimination had a one year guarantee. After about a year I noticed more noise in my attic and called the company and explained the situation. They sent out a company representative who said the rodents were back but my one year warranty was up by a few weeks. We signed a new contract and he set up elimination bait in my attic. After a week or so he was to come back and reseal my attic. He never came back even after several phone calls. My money was then refunded for some reason. After numerous phone calls I was finally told the company was not going to honor the contract I had signed for rodent elimination. No phone calls or emails telling me this until I finally contacted the owner of the company several weeks later. In the meantime, I have rats running around in my attic with a bait I am not supposed to handle. This company does not stand behind what they sell nor do they show up on time if at all. Find another company! In response to my previous complaint and the owner's rebuttal: Future clients need to know: 1. We never received an original contract about the warranty. It appears the warranty begins upon first payment. Not even sure about that. No email or paper was ever provided. 2.My wife (AND I) did not want to spend another $1500 for another year. Especially when our rodents are smart; apparently they know the calendar, haha. Or the house was never sealed properly. 3. The technician that they sent out at one year was the same as our original one. ( He rarely showed up on his scheduled time). He WAS a representative for the company. We signed a renewal at that time -- a written contract with ALL ABOUT RODENTS for a renewal of $199. The scheduled visit to eradicate the varmints was not kept. About a week later we noticed a reversal of the renewal fee on our credit card. Several attempts to call the company were not returned. Finally, after a heated conversation we learned that ALL ABOUT RODENTS did not want to honor the renewal. AND FINALLY, yes, I cancelled their appointment for a final visit. WE NO LONGER TRUST THE COMPANY OR THE REPRESENTATIVES THEY DEPLOY.”

“What a horrible experience. I read the reviews beforehand and thought we were getting Jason, as he received numerous great reviews. What we got was Daniel, who showed zero interest in helping us. They originally quoted an expensive sealing, which is what they actually want you to sign up for. They could care less about a “regular” service as all they’re doing is laying down food and supposedly monitoring the problem until the rats go away. Here’s the challenge... Daniel was extremely unprofessional as he would very often not show up for committed appointments with no calls or texts to let us know. When he did show up (which were usually not at the scheduled time), he didn’t spend much time at the house, never tells you his plans to totally terminate, gives you every excuse in the book for why he didn’t show up, becomes irate and unprofessional with you if you let him know how unprofessional he was, and tries to get you to work around his schedule. I thought WE were the customer???? Then, when you try calling the HQ, they never answer the phone or automatically send it back to the same incompetent tech we’ve been trying to get rid of. Clearly I see we are in the minority of those that had a great experience here, but we don’t want someone else making the same mistake we did.”
