“They came but did not do a thorough inspection. I had already found lots of wings on my window sill. I ask if he was going to inspect around the house so he went to the basement and found a tube. We paid for the spray service but again they were not thorough and we had to call them to come back to finish where they did not treat. After the treatment they said they would come back in 3 months to verify the treatment worked. We have not heard or seen them since. I'm very disappointed.”

He explained what insects were present in my yard, why they were there, and what I could do to prevent them in the future. He could've easily shown up, sprayed the yard, and left.
