“Austin came out in the early part of the window of time I was given. He called a half hour ahead To let me know he was on his way. He is super personable. After a short visit, I know he is married and has three dogs. He spent only a few minutes in his truck and came back with a very detailed professional looking proposal. Having retired after a 45 year career in the contracting business, I know what good proposals look like. His is top-tier.. Either way I would recommend this company and Austin just after this short visit and before any work has been completed. Update after service: Tanner and his associate came out and spent a few hours smoking mole runs. They were having a good time. It suits me well to see young guys almost making play out of serious work. They are good communicators. Explaining exactly what they were doing, and the things that I needed to do or not do, or to look for to help them in upcoming visits. I can’t really say enough good things about this company and most especially the two guys Turn they sent. Sissy in the office keeps you apprised of what’s going on and when. Super professional organization. 10 “outta” 10!!”

“I hired these guys to insulate my attic. They were the only company to include baffles between the roof trusses in their quote. Every other company said they weren't necessary (wrong). The price was fair, and were able to schedule within 2 weeks. They showed up on time and got the work done quickly. Unfortunately this was that day in December that we were getting 60mph wind gusts. The workers had the hose from the machine running through my front door, so my storm door was cracked open to accommodate it.....Like they have probably done on every job they've done. Well, one of those wind gusts came up and slammed the storm door open and bent it. We tried to get the door shut, but it was broken to the point that there was no fixing it. 10 minutes later I got a call from their office telling me they'd have someone out the next day to take a look at the door, but not to worry about it, because, "we've got you covered". The next day their guy came out, and sure enough, the door was unfixable. A day later I got a call from Sissy (hope I'm spelling her name right). She told me they had to order the door, but she'd keep me posted on the progress. I'm not exaggerating here, at least once a week I got a call from Sissy. Holiday delays, bad weather, backorders. Didn't matter what, she made sure I never felt like I'd been blown off or back-burnered. She was always pleasant and polite, and she often apologized for calling me so much. The door was finally installed yesterday, and wouldn't you know it, Sissy called me today to check and see if I was satisfied with the door. Every business ought to take a lesson from Star City Pest and from Sissy. Something bad happened on my job. It wasn't really their fault. They stepped up immediately and took care of the problem, and they communicated with me regularly. They've earned a customer for life, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone.”
