“I have mixed feelings so far. All of the technicians were great, but had we known that there would be a one month wait for treatment, we would have gone with another company. Additionally, the same-day cancellation and the lack of customer service or care when I expressed my concerns leaves me conflicted. Daryl did a great job evaluating our house, so we decided to go with APS for pest service and termite treatment. We received multiple reminders during the two week wait, and I also re-arranged my schedule so that I could be present for termite treatment. To my surprise, once the technician arrived, I was told that the termite treatment would not be happening. At this point, I was understanding- sometimes last minute changes can’t be avoided, although a heads-up would’ve been nice. However, my exchange afterwards with the office was disappointing. I attached a photo of the conversation. I expressed my concerns regarding the wait and the lack of communication, but the office just simply replied without responding to any of my concerns. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgment- they just kinda ignored my concerns and just curtly replied that we were scheduled for another two weeks later. I don’t leave negative reviews often, so I hesitated before writing this because all of the technicians (Daryl, Austin, and Presley) were kind, friendly, and informative. I hope to eventually update this review with positive comments after the termite treatment.”

But in the end, he said that there really wasn’t anything better that he could offer. Instead of trying to sell me something that wouldn’t be more effective, he helped me with what I am already doing. Very honest, no high pressure, very helpful. “We called All Pest Solutions to help us deal with the “significant vermin activity” revealed in an inspection report for the new home we purchased. The staff member who came out for our estimate was able to immediately put our minds at ease! He quickly identified possible entry points but did not observe they had been well-traveled, reassured us that the droppings visible in the attic did not appear to be recent due to lack of other rodent indicators, and pointed out signs of past activity that we should watch and help prevent. In the end, he said the best approach would be DIY prevention and recommended some products that would be both effective and as humane as possible. The cost of this expert advice? A whopping $0. Yep, even though he didn’t ask for our business he refused to charge for the trip! I’m so relieved we don’t have to be a customer at this time, but if you are looking for a pest control company - this is the one!”
