“Do not use Allstar pest control!!!!!! I am a veteran with severe PTSD, I asked them to call me before coming out. Easy right? Wrong, talk about calls starting at around 8am and me with insomnia, one call to voicemail and wait till I call back, nope!!! 6 calls then the termite guy banging on my door like law enforcement, with no answered call, tried to help the little guy who owns a business. But I'm not going to pay for them to do what they want. Oh and price?? Upped 3 times in a very short time. Is a phone call too much to ask for??”

“Be advised if you hire this company. I was told I could cancel my service whenever I wanted to. I tried to cancel and was told I could not cancel until my 12 month agreement had ended. (Nowhere on the contract does it say we are in a 12 month agreement either) When asking them not to come back to my property they then threatened to sue me. I’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service.”
