“I called after doing a google search for a one-time svc exterminator to come to my home to get rid of a horrible yellow jacket nest tht had developed over this summer between my siding and my front porch. It was getting bad and I couldn’t use my front door to enter or exit. They quoted me a price and scheduled to come out within four days of my call. They even called and suggested I postpone bc of the heavy rain we had for 24 hours the day before their scheduled visit so they came two days later, instead. What a relief! I can sit on my front steps again! He said the nest was probably the size of a football and sprayed in the crack were they were swarming and flying in and out of, then used a hose with a special bee killer to heavily spray my windows and shutters around my entire house so that they would not renest somewhere else in/on my house. They also said to call them in four days to follow up, and if there were still any yellow jackets alive they would retreat at no extra cost. Great family-owned business and responsive secretary and grandson (to the owner) at the office. Thank you to the technician I got (James) who specializes in bees/ hornets/yellow jackets!”

“R the best! When I moved to Strongsville 20 years ago, we had carpenter ants invading our house.
