I get back and there’s a note left on my door that says to call back to reschedule. I call, They tell me a lie saying the shed was locked, it doesn’t even have a lock.”

“There have been multiple times where they have come out here for treatment and not completed the full services (just sprayed inside the house, not outside the house; another time just inside the house and not the garage or outside; each time despite me requesting it). This last time I asked for the yard to be sprayed and our normal services (confirmed by the company at the time) and they didn’t spray the outside of the house or do the yard. Do yourself a favor and find another company for pest control.”

“One of the worst companies I have ever had to work with. The employees are awful (Ashley and Robert!) with lack of communication skills!! I have been calling them for 8 weeks to understand how they do things and everyone has told me a different story!! They swear they've sent documents, but no one receives them ..then they don't back their work!! Be very aware and stay away from them!”
