“A tech came to perform an annual inspection. No one was home. However, this tech wrote on the ticket that he walked around the house and did the inspection. Half of the house is surrounded by a locked fence. I was billed $200. I complained the issue to the office. They sent another tech, who walked into a bedroom on the first floor and stayed there for 5 minutes talking to me. He left and reported that the inspection was done. I got another invoice for $200. What’s in the world! Where are your moral and work ethic?”
