“Paid $200 for termite inspection. The tech came and left a note on the door: call to reschedule because no one was home. I called the office and was told that the tech inspected the outside and there was no need to inspect the inside. I have 5 ring cameras surrounding the house and there was a fence blocking half of the house. I need an honest service from strand termite. I paid $200 for a 59 second visit? What’s wrong with you? He came at 1:27:00 then left at 1:27:59. 1/23, I called and explained the situation to the office, then, they scheduled another appointment. Then, Scott also called and apologized. 1/29, another tech came “back” and inspected inside. Then, I received an additional invoice for $200. Wth?”
