“Company has been bought out, plain and simple. Make sure you read the fine print on their new contracts before deciding to choose this company. I found it disagreeable to my needs and unreasonable for the cost. First, they auto-charged me a renewal fee for a service they were no longer offering. Second, they sent out a "tech" to sell me on bait stations that weren't actually going to mine after spending $500 initially with a monthly charge on a new service contract. Remember, I'm a repeat customer, or at least I'm supposed to be. When I called to ask why I was charged a renewal fee for a service that was no longer offered, all I received was confused responses. Although it brought to light something they shouldn't be doing, I got my refund in mail two weeks later. Moved onto a local business that's going to care about the community.”
