“We had an armadillo problem and I called Justin. He came out promptly and set up his trap. Within two days the armadillo was in the trap! The only problem was my ring. Camera revealed a second armadillo. Justin came back out and reset the trap and on the third night we caught the second one, mission accomplished! “How do you give 5 stars to a rodent control company that didn't catch my digging armadillo. Customer Service! I had called another company who never showed up for the appointment. When I called back they said the service rep never got the message all the while not sounding very professional. I cancelled an offer to reschedule and called Dustin at American Rodent. Should have been my first call! Dustin dealt with me himself and was very professional from the get go. He came at the appointed time and explained everything and what was involved from my end which was just checking daily to see if the doors on the trap were down. After many days of being around, my armadillo decided to go elsewhere and we didn't catch him. When I spoke to Dustin, I felt his genuine concern for having charged me while not successful at catching him. Rather than just say goodbye, he offered to provide some additional support by dropping the trap off again for a few more days when I noticed the armadillo back in the yard.
