“Used Hughes in Englewood Fl and they were fantastic. Moved to Bradenton FL So I went with Hughes Bradenton Office. That was a mistake. They scheduled pest services but did not show up for either of the first two appointments. After not showing for the second pest service I checked and discovered that they had not done the lawn service since I moved in. I emailed and called Bradenton Manger but He never returned the call. I called the Englewood office and asked that they have the district manger give me a call to try and correct the issue but that call was not returned. Finally an asst manger called came out did a partial pest service, He offered to have the lawn service done the next day for free to make up for the mistakes and of course the Tech never showed. Now I wonder if the $800 I spent for termite service will be honored. Extremely disappointed”

“Unfortunately living in Florida means you’re going to have bugs. So I’ve had to put in service requests in my apartment complex multiple times while living in Lakewood Ranch. But, fortunately my complex uses Hughes Exterminators! Charles is the technician assigned to my complex, so we’ve gotten to know and trust his handiwork over the last six months or so. Finding bugs in your apartment is stressful, but I know I can count on Charles to have the answer and put my mind at ease!”
