“Had a contract with them and they didn’t show up for about 9 months. They claim they did and entered the property without prior permission which I specifically told them up front they could not do, however I have cameras at my house and no record of them showing up. When I finally realized, they apologized and scheduled a visit. Unfortunately they were a no show! And on top of that didn’t even return my call. Needless to say I will not be renewing my service agreement and would advise anyone to look elsewhere.”
