“Do not engage this company to manage your property. Despite my clear communication and Tracy's explicit approval of a treatment list, she deliberately sent a technician with an incorrect list, causing issues at my residents. Two weeks in a row she sent her a text out with a complete wrong list standing up at least 3 to 4 of my residents, making them clear out and follow directions off their prep list and just to not show up. Pretty disgraceful. Her inexplicable behavior includes agreeing to terms and then acting in direct opposition. Consequently, the company loses contracts weekly and continues to invoke its name while facing a lawsuit. Business owners who risk litigation and problems with improper treatments and chemical use might consider this company, though it is likely to land them in court.”
