“I I would give zero if I could but you know they want a rating so I gave a one these people are rude they're representatives are not identified they don't wear name badges or uniforms they come into your apartment and get threatening and close to you when you're trying to talk to them and the people hung up on me for trying to tell them that they're representative was rude and aggressive and I want to tell you that that is an issue with me don't call and ask for the manager because they will hang up on you”

“Why do they even do spary treatment for bed bug knowing it doesn't work? Seems like a scam to me just do heat and be done with it”

“Their bed bug spray treatment is a borderline scam. It's ineffective at remediating bed bugs, clearly being used to gain contracts from apartments with repeat treatment billing, instead of doing a one time heat treatment of the infested units. They will ask you to effectively pack up your entire house and wash all pieces of fabric so they can spray. Then leave everything packed until they determine the bed bugs are gone. After 2 months of living out of 2 bags, they couldn't get rid of the bed bugs. My apartment finally got heat treatment for me, and it took one day without having to pack up anything. Many in my building were asked to throw away their furniture. The heat treatment company said that is unnecessary with heat treatment. Anchor will cheap out on treatment and make you throw away your furniture. Don't use them for anything, they are a terrible organization.”
