“I made an appointment, and the manager “Tiffany” called me 12 hours later, demanding payment in full like a bill collector. When the appointment was set, no one told me I had to pay in full before service and neither did the digital estimate sent after making the appointment. I had no issue paying in advance, but the manager “Tiffany” was so rude that I canceled my service. She treated me like I was trying to get out of paying, and I was not. I asked to speak with the owner or someone above her, and she refused. I was floored by how bad the customer service was before I used the company. I can only imagine what it would be like if I had issues and needed managerial support. Wow… somebody hates their job. I’ll take my $500 elsewhere.”
