They don’t care about anything and their management is THE worst. Don’t use this company, they are not competent. VERY disappointing to say the least.”

“Stay far away from this company. Totally unprofessional operation. Their lawn and bug services are as basic as you get and not effective. But WORST of all is their irrigation service. They charged me several hundred dollars to service my system and replace heads. I told them I was putting a pool in and that replacing heads would be a waste in some areas because they would be destroyed during construction. They said they will not charge for those heads to be reinstalled. So I paid and signed up for their regular service. They disconnected my irrigation prior to the pool being started. Since then I've had them out THREE times in the past 3 months to give me an estimate to reconnect. They quoted me $700 the first time. When I went to schedule they had lost the estimate because the tech had quit. The second time they sent someone out, they didn't provide an estimate because THAT tech had quit. The third time they sent someone out they quoted me $700 and I signed the contract. I scheduled for reinstall (after 4 calls with them trying to track down the estimate AGAIN). They were to come out on Monday, so I confirmed with them again on Thursday to make 100% certain they would get this done before my sod was laid. They confirmed that they would. Then I get a call Friday morning stating that they looked at the job (WHAT? NOW?) and that it was too much work for the price they quoted. And they don't even do this kind of work anymore. What a terribly unprofessional company. They look good when they come out but are a total mess. This will cost me thousands of dollars now to tear up the sod that is being installed next week prior to the irrigation getting done. I have cancelled all of my services with them because this was the final straw.”
