“Turner Pest control completely failed to maintain my beautiful Zoysia grass. I had been using Pro-Staff for years and they were awesome. As soon as Turner acquired Pro-Staff in 2022, weeds, mold and other issues took over my yard. I tried to meet with someone at Turner several times and never was given the courtesy to discuss my issues and concerns. I canceled with Turner last month and hired another company that is more of a mom and pop operation. They quickly eliminated a majority of the weeds and other issues in my yard in the 1st month. They treat my yard monthly instead of every other 2 months (Turner's frequency). And their pricing is the same as Turner.”

“I had my termite bond renewal and the technician that came out left after inspecting the exterior of my house. There was no "goodbye" or a "thank you, we are done". Nothing. I was expecting to pay or at least get some type of report that my house was ok and what the next follow up was. He just left without a word. When I texted him to ask if we are done, he ignored my message and still have not received a response. Please teach your employees to be professional. I texted the main number on how to pay and received no response. I just received an email later with the invoice to pay. What ever happened to customer service? Disappointed.”
