“We, like others, were longtime customers of ProStaff, which was purchased by Turner. ProStaff had the best pest control service that we have ever had. Unfortunately, Turner uses different chemicals and protocols, and we preferred the previous company's methods. Add to this Turner’s inability or interest in providing correct and accurate information to longtime customers. On multiple occasions we received incorrect information regarding our accounts from them. Ultimately, we cancelled our services and went with another (locally-owned) provider.”

“The guy came out to do a free consultation. After explaining what was going on he did not try to come inside the house to see what was going on he only talked to me from my porch but he did however let me know it would cost $1500 for their services when he didn’t even look at the problem I was having. Just a waste of my time and day. I called Nolen and they came out same day and got the job done I should’ve called them from the beginning .”
