Lewis Cobb previously provided excellent customer service and always willing to accommodate their clients. Now that Arrow has taken over...Not so much. We will not be renewing our service this August.”

“I don’t recommend Lewis Cobb. I’ve had them working on my property for a little more than 6 months and they’re lackadaisical when it comes to customer complaints, satisfaction and overall quality of work. My lawn looks worse for the “service” I’ve paid for. I wrote them with my concerns and I had to write again to see if the supervisor of yards was on top of it - he did not bother to reach out personally to discuss my concerns. Additionally, On two occasions I’ve inquired where the service guy was and was told he’s already come by - yet there aren’t Lewis Cobb signs in the yard or on the front door (as there is with each service). Sure enough, neither time had he come out despite being told otherwise. So they aren’t ever terribly sure where their service people are. God, the first time this happened it was a Friday, so they had to have the guy come out Monday since inexplicably he didn’t actually show up despite the office’s belief. For numerous reasons including my lawn looking worse and for no one reaching out when I had concerns, I fired them today.”
