“Been using Best Pest Control for a while now. Don't know why it has taken me so long to write a review. Let me start by saying my lawn is tough, mostly weeds hardly any grass. I know I need to resod. My H.O.A. was on my back for all the leafy weeds. I tried them all. Tru Green, & Heron. I tried Do it Yourself, Which was working just to much for me to keep up with. Then I started using Best Pest Control on a recommendation of a friend. Not really a recommendation his lawn just looked great. Kept seeing the sign in the lawn. So I figured I would try again. Bob my technician is great. When I am available he takes the time to explain everything he is gonna do and is happy to answer all of my questions. Very nice guy, we chat about all sorts of things. Needless to say, I still need to resod but my grass is always free of leafy weeds and is always green. Usually in the winter season my lawn just turns brown. But the past couple of years it has been staying green. So I want to especially compliment Bob for his great service as well as customer service. He is a true professional and an asset to the company. If you need service I highly recommend Best Pest Control. They always answer the phone and always so nice. They make it very easy to pay as well. Keep up the great work.”

“I had my front yard re-sodded with Pro Vista St Augustine in Feb 2023. Shortly after the sod was laid, I contacted Best Pest to manage my lawn care. After the fourth visit, which was in late July, my lawn began to look sickly, so I called Best Pest many times to have them assess the condition. During this time, the technician came out twice and put treatments to my lawn that simply made matters worse. By this time, I had anticipated that a supervisor would at the very least arrive to check what was happening, but that never happened. When I called the company one more time before terminating them, I was informed that a supervisor would be stopping by after the Labor Day holiday but he ended up not showing up. At this point, I terminated their services and hired a new company. Best Pest made several incorrect diagnosis and their neglect to address the weeds and fungus in my lawn almost killed it. Additionally, I think that grass maintenance should be done every month rather than bimonthly. My grass is already looking better since the new business was chosen, but critically, the harm has already been done, and I must now pay a company to restore my lawn to a healthy state.
