“I have been with Drake since we bought our house in 2021 so 5 years exactly. It has taken me 5 years to rate them because I believe a company should not be rated based on just one experience but rather the accumulation of services they have provided over a period of time. This review is overdue because I have to say that Drake and their entire crew from the Sales Rep, to the service representatives when I have called them to the technicians that take care of my lawn to the managers that have come out to take care of some issues they have encountered over the years they all have gone above and beyond my expectations. I’m not someone that likes to recommend no one but I would recommend Drake to everyone that wants their lawn well taken care off with prompt response from the management if an issue was to arise.
