“Frustrating experience with this company. The contract states they will arrive at your residence in the morning. To accommodate this, we make sure to be out of our home the night before. Hours past on the day they said they would be there and there was zero communication from the company. We had to contact them and were told they were on another job and they weren't sure of their arrival time. After many hours and several phone calls they arrived at 3:30pm. They told us to leave the key under the mat if we had to leave. We could have saved a night in an Airbnb if they would have told us they would arrive late in the day. After the fumigation, we arrived home to notice our garage door was broken. They did take the time to push our trash cans against the gaping side. We did not receive any communication from them regarding this; nor did we get any communication that it was cleared to return home. The only way we knew they house had been cleared is that we received a ring notification that they had been in the home and you could see that our house key was left. Their work with the fumigation was acceptable, but the other aspects leave something to be desired. Due to the concerns above, I cannot recommend this company to another home owner.”
