“This company destroyed my grass, promised to re-sod it, and never followed through. Instead of fixing the damage they caused, they returned to my property without my permission, charged me for a service I had already canceled, and then had the nerve to send the balance to a debt collector. I’ve called over 10 times and was repeatedly told “a manager will call you back” — that never happened. Zero accountability. Zero communication. I’ve made it very clear that I don’t mind paying, but I’m not paying until they fix the lawn they ruined. That’s basic responsibility, and they’ve completely failed at it. Between the property damage, unauthorized visits, improper billing, and sending me to collections instead of resolving the issue, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. UPDATE!!!! What a joke of a company. I canceled their services months ago nearly a year now and yet they just sent me another bill. Their team damaged my lawn, promised to fix it, and never followed through. After reaching out more than 10 times with no resolution, I’m now being billed again for services I no longer use. I’m beyond frustrated and will be pursuing legal action. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.”
