“If you value your pets, do not trust this company!! I have a fenced in back yard on the previous 3 services they failed to close the gate. On the first incident, I let my dogs out and was lucky to catch it before the got out. I called and informed them of this issue. No follow up call from any of their management. On the second incident I checked the gate before letting them out the dogs, it was again open. I did not call on this incident. On my 1/23/2024 service, they again failed to shut the gate. I called and canceled my services and let them no the reason why. Zero follow-up from management, not even a simple apology. That tells me everything thing I need to know about Evergreen Lawn & Pest Control.”
