“Today, I had a really bad experience. I requested feedback from the expert who would be potentially coming to my home to provide service. I gave him the information he requested and then when I told him that a friend recommended Raid; however, I wanted his thoughts. He then rudely and disrespectfully told me He didn't tell me to use Raid and then texted me to tell me he was extremely busy. He then told me I could consult with him or my friends but not both. (Who does he think he's talking to?? -I'm grown!) His tone and manner was extremely rude and disrespectful and I am highly insulted and disappointed. He demonstrated no customer service skills and spoke to me like I was a child. I recommend if you're looking for good customer service.. It's not with ApolloX Pest Control and definitely not with Brian from ApolloX Pest Control. Good Luck if you're frustrated with your insect issue and then have to deal with a rude disrespectful representative who's suppose to help!.. Disgusted!!”
