“I hate to post a negative review, but hiring them was a waste of money. I hired them to capture a skunk living under my shed and asked for a quote. I had to sign a contract and pay before anyone showed up. They also charge an extra fee per animal caught (even if it’s not the animal that you care about). The contract states that they only trap for 3 days. I asked what happens after 3 days and they said that they should have no problem catching the skunk. Fast forward to 4 days (I was given an extra day). No animals were captured and the traps were taken with no word. I could see the skunk completely ignoring the traps on the ring camera recordings. I had to then reach out to them myself and they stated that they can’t force animals into a trap, which I don’t disagree with. However, I would expect another solution or more effort after already paying for the service. They just stopped responding to me and I am still left with the problem that I hired them for.”
