“Recommended by a realtor for termite inspection for purposes of home buying. Although it is plastered all over their website, THEY DO NOT INSPECT ATTICS, or at least that’s what their response was. They did not provide me with a written report until after the inspection period closed and I requested it. I thought the general inspection report was combined with the termite inspection report because the general report contained termite inspection information in it. After the inspection period closed, a handyman the seller hired to do some work in the attic found a termite damaged board. This was the way I found out this company doesn’t inspect attics, even though the website mentions that they inspect attics as a part of their thorough home inspection. I knew there was old, inactive evidence of termites at the exterior ground level. But I didn’t want an untreated (never treated) house with evidence of termite activity up into the attic rafters. So, I lost my earnest money because of this subpar company. Many be they’re ok for spraying chemicals periodically, but they certainly are not truthful. At least not in my case. 3 months ago, they said they were going to consult their webmaster to change this information. To date, no change has been made.”
