“The office staff was nice deal with. As far as the worker who put up the tunnel, he put the tunnel in place, there was a space on both sides of it. The squirrels totally ignored the tunnel and they kept going around it and coming & going in & out. It didn't work. The trap placed in the attic, the squirrels ignored that too. I asked for pictures of what he did, he never showed the pictures to me. It took a couple of weeks to see the pictures once he returned to our house for another visit & charge. Once seeing the pictures, I mentioned the space on both sides and you could clearly see the squirrels could go around the tunnel. He said it should work. Long story short, for a week I haven't heard the squirrels so I had a contractor come over, they sealed the whole side of the house where the squirrel where coming & going and now no more squirrels. The contractors got the job done.”
