“My Son’s house had a bad problem with wasps/yellow jackets coming into the house from outside. The scary part is we have a 3 month old grandson. Needed to get this problem taken care of immediately. Called a few companies, was getting no where. At 2pm, called the last company, UNIVERSAL PEST. Actually spoke to an individual. Her name is Marissa. Explained my situation. She completely understood, especially with my 3 month old grandson in the house. The technician (Norman) met me at the house @ 3:45 pm. Norman sure knows his job.
