“We were renovating our 100+ year old house in Ellicott City and were disturbed to find a lot of droppings in the walls once we removed drywall. The first contractor who came out told us it was probably bat droppings...bad and expensive news considering the health dangers. An hour later, we had Marc come out, and he quickly assured us that these were NOT bat droppings but shrew droppings, and probably old. He was confident in his judgement and provided us with a full, clear, and scientifically impressive explanation. He was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work.
