“Worst pest control company ever. Horrible. Grossly inept. Use them for your complex, and you can expect 311 complaints, and filings for rent escrow. They don't use professional materials (no steel mesh, no foam for cracks with bitter deterrents). Treatment for established building wide rodent infestation is two wooden traps and a single poison bait block. It's the cheapest, most inept service. Enjoy being on the priority landlord list!”
