“The older lady that answers the phone is rude. Every-time you speak to her she has a poor attitude …like you aren’t giving her your business ($$$). This was free via our landlord…or I definitely wouldn’t have spent my hard earned money here. Kindness is free & you chose to be in a customer service job. She also gives minimal direction on what to do and none about how safe it is to be around the chemicals and how long the smell should linger… which in our case was upward of 3 days. Besides that it seems that their workers who come and spray are kind and do a good job. They even brought in my package off my porch which i greatly appreciate!!! If you can get past the face of the company ( the receptionist & the first voice you speak to regarding their business) being absolutely awful to you… you will enjoy them!!!”
